问题描述：
导入集群时cattle-cluster-agent服务日志报错 failed to add management data: error creating default pspt: the server does not allow this method on the requested
resource (post podsecuritypolicytemplates.meta.k8s.io) 和 Failed to find system chart fleet will try again in 5 seconds: configmaps “rancher-charts-nq9xf” not found
重现步骤：
出现了上述问题，docker重装rancher之后，导入集群，仍然出现报错。看网上有说是版本不兼容的问题，有没有大佬碰到过啊，求解！！！
