1. 有没有安装一些浏览器插件什么的，可以尝试关闭一些已安装启用的浏览器插件后，刷新页面试试
2. 查看浏览器控制台，看看是否有报错信息，有时证书错误也会导致脚本加载异常
3. 查看一下浏览器版本，如果版本过低，可以升级一下浏览器版本后，再访问

没有安装插件，控制台除了上面的截图就是自签发证书不信任，没发现其他报错，浏览器是win11的Edge自动更新的，浏览器版本也没问题

展开控制台对应的错误，看看具体错误信息
看大概的报错，应该是加载 v1/manager.cattle.io.settings 资源报错了，看看后端 rancher 日志，有关这个资源的具体报错信息

另外截图中，最后一个请求返回了401，应该是会话超时登出来
